Lived in the NT for 9 years before visiting Kakadu. Some areas were still not accessible due to the late rains in the dry. We only went to 2 places, Ubirr and Nourlangie Rock sites. I liked Nourlangie better, I found the rock art there...More

Loved the scenery, rock formations, rock art, everything we expected but better. a 4WD would be useful but you can see a lot using a 2WD.

BREATH TAKING !! In the wet season the park is so beautiful from a helicopter or plane. Well worth the money !
