All I can say is wow how I wished I lived closer to this gem, whilst visiting near by , we were recommended to try here, lovely place ,very welcoming, we were so spoilt for choice ,as well as sandwiches,salads,& jacket potatoes there were hot...More

Great site in super location well stocked shop pub is within the site and serves very good food booking is recomended staff are very pleasent some good walks near by loasds to visit and see the only bad point was going Home

We managed to get booked in on Sunday at midday ... wow ... it was the best carvery ever. The meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection. To top it all the atmosphere and bar staff was really welcoming. Hoping to be a regular visitor...More

We tried to eat in this pub while staying on a nearby campsite but when we asked could we book a table the barmaid said she couldn't do that only the manager could. Tried phoning to book a table but it went to answerfone. So...More

It's a small pub and for a Monday night it was busy. Not surprised as the food is lovely! Honestly the best I have had all year! BUT I had to wait nearly an hour for my food. Asked 3 different people for a highchair...More

Have a steak. Don't doubt it. They are amazing! So much food for your money too! We were so impressed we went to go back but they were fully booked! We were gutted! The staff were really professional and friendly too. Highly recommended!!!
