The many times I visited Twin Lagoon, I've always had the opportunity to go to the other side swimming under a small cave-like opening. They now built a ladder to climb up the reef in case the water tide is high, I didn't get the...More

We were arranged like a caterpillar and that in itself is exciting but the entrance to the lagoon makes it more exciting. Once in the lagoon, it is awesome the rock formation is fantastic and the lagoon though deep has a clear water.

The view is the same as what you will see in other islands in Coron but the small opening to the other lagoon was quite a challenge to maneuver. Our guide, Tony, guided us through in our human train. The photos will say it all...More

A really nice spot, made better for us that there wasn't too many other boats around. Really similar looking to the lagoons of El nido but it was still one of the highlights of the ultimate island hopping tour we did.

Nice scenery, clear water, good place to swim and snorkle on a very deep water although a lot of walking and stairs climbing.

Great place. Not to far from the main town of coron and a beautiful place for a swim. One of my fav places in coron.

The japanese ship wrecks and the coral gardens top this for beauty, but even so this is a world-class beautiful place and a nice lake to unwind with all the swimmers enjoying this oasis.

This place is stunning and can't be missed when you are in Coron. It's also very popular so there is a little bit of crowd.

Loved it here but annoying having to wear the vests and it can get a little crowded with people in chains being dragged through because they can't swim! Absolutely stunning water though.

Went here on a island hopping tour, and despite being the weather overcast, the rock formations and the colour of the water was just amazing. These cliff go straight down even underwater, so are just perfect for freediving practice or even just snorkeling

Who did you use for this tour? Open to group or private would be nice if not too expensive. Should we book in advance or do you just book that morning in town? Is it doable to visit Twin Lagoons & Malcapuya Beach in the same day, or too rushed? Thank you!

I went through nice n' paradise, but you can book with sooo many companies right in town that all take you to the same places. You could also ask for a customized private tour, which will cost much more, but is well worth... More
Hi Hazey, Did you visit the island with a tour group or a private boat? I am a solo traveller and want to see the lagoons without too many boats at the same place at the same time. If you did it with a tour was is ok? Or would you recommend a private boat? Private boat might be too expensive for me especially being a solo traveller. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks Pabbsy

Hello Pabbsy, Me and my boyfriend opted for a private boat because: 1. We'd like to be in complete control of our schedule. Joined tours can be fun but you'd have to follow a strict itinerary. This doesn't work for us... More
Hi Joel, How much did you rent the boat for? I am a solo traveller and would really love to experience the twin lagoon without the crowds. Renting a private boat on my own however is too expensive for me however, if there is 80% chance I can avoid the crowd by being on your own boat, I guess I can try stretch my budget. Could you please let me know who you rented the boat from or know of anyone who does on a much budget price? Was it busy around Coron when you went? I am heading there start of March. Thanks Irene

We rented our boat straight from the pier (the rates are listed there however you can always try to negotiate) and it was 2,000php or 40usd for 2 (depending on the exchange rate) for the whole day you can pretty much control... More
