If you are planning to learn more about freediving in the Philippines, THIS IS THE PLACE for you! 🤩 Amazing experience, we learnt a lot of skills while also having fun and not felt the theoretical part as a burden 🥰 Both Cata and Paula are wonderful. Our instructor was Cata and we learnt a lot from him and the progress and confidence we have built over 2 days is unbelievable. I am someone who until recently could go underwater at all. I practiced duck dive a bit on my own but was obviously doing it wrong and I came to understand that from the first 10 minutes talking to Cata. We have recently got certified as Open Water Scuba divers, but I can honestly say we enjoyed freediving a lot more - this is more than you looking at cute fish and corals - this is you relying on your mental strength first and foremost and the feeling is of being able to go past some milestones for is amazing. These skills will definitely serve you well in life. We have done the course only to improve our snorkelling experience, but it is so addictive that we can’t wait to learn so more in the future:) Thanks Cata and Paula for this amazing experience!

During our 2 days of training we had a great time with Paula and Cat! They both had an unique way of teaching us the foundations and techniques of Freediving. Paula had a more inner peace of mind approach, focussing on breathing and staying calm before the dive. Cat had a very structural and clear approach on how to improve my techniques. As well as keeping the "fun" in freediving! I learned so much during this short amount of time and my confidence grew for sure. My hunger for Freediving in the beautiful seas of the Philippines has surely grown stronger!

My husband and I did a crossover course with Paula and Cat! And what an experience to be able to do it in Barracuda lake. Perfect visibility, no currents and we even spotted some barracudas. Paula and Cat were both amazing instructors. I learned a lot from them especially the breathing techniques which made me more comfortable in the water and more relaxed. It’s definitely a must do in Coron if you love water activities and we highly recommend Freediving Coron!

Just like the other reviews all I have to say are good things. Cat is a seriously good instructor and caters the course to the student's needs. After each dive he gives you pinpoint feedback and all you have to do is listen and you'll improve. Feels really safe and barracuda lake is stunning.

I took Freediving course from here with MJ Paula. She was so amazing, friendly and funny yet when doing a freediving, she makes me feel safe and professional from her session. If you visit there, let's apply for freediving to change your world under the water!
