We came across this company when visiting the Italian chapel, and as I am interested in wine I had to see what it was all about. I knew there were no vineyards on Orkney, but these wines are not made from grapes, but berries and...More

If you go in the shop after a day scrambling on the beach in a gale don't expect the staff in there to offer you any help, tastings or eye contact! Even so we bought 3 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of spirits, if...More

Excellent place just along from the Italian Chapel. Pop in, you won't be disappointed. Sample the wines and liqueurs for sale. I bought the red wine which is made from blueberries along with 2 bottles of liqueurs.

Hadn't expected to be wine-tasting before noon but stopped by after visiting The Italian Chapel. Bought a red and a white but also one of the fruit liqueurs to drink alone or with Prosecco. Friendly staff and a small selection of gifts also available.

Small but perfectly formed this place showcases local Orkney wines made from berries that grow here. They also had some excellent liqueurs and port type drinks made from fruits and berries all to sample. They were very good and not too sweet. The shop also...More
