Friendly service and lovely animals. Educative. If your from Australia I don’t recommend. It’s pretty much general stuff you get everywhere.

Tourist trap. Pretty annoyed at the rude attitude I copped when i asked for a refund for the 16 dollars they charge (in addition to the pricey fee for the actual tour) to take a pic with a koala. I couldn’t have a pic because...More

Fantastic tour for the whole family. Got to see, touch and hold a wide variety of animals including baby crocs, snakes, birds, lizards, turtles and koalas. Be aware the “cuddle a koala” photo opp costs extra.

Although we were very reluctant to go, thinking it might be like other wildlife sanctuary's we had been to, we were pleasantly surprised. The tour guides were very nice and knowledgeable; prepared to answer any questions. You get to meet all kinds of wildlife, not...More

5 stars! Beautiful location. Staff were extremely knowledgeable, the breakfast was also delicious! Lots of things to experience and animals to hold. Professional but relaxed atmosphere. Definitely one to add to the list of things to do!
