We had a great trip with an excellent guide and his crew and fantastic food! We did lots of snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and chilling at the beach.

Ivan was an amazing tour guide! Some of our favourite days of our trip to the Philippines were spent with Malampaya Ecotours in TayTay. He has great knowledge on local flora and fauna and had much to teach us. We did a jungle and lake tour and enjoyed it so much we extended our stay and booked an island tour for the next day.
This wasn’t your average island hopping tour. The team went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. We were taken to the most beautiful, natural, less touristy locations and given quality gear to use (snorkel, mask, fins, kayaks, towels...). His partner made us some of the most delicious food we had on the trip and lots of it. The entire team was exceptional. We are budget backpackers and paid more than other tours available in the area. We are so glad we did and will never forget our experience in TayTay. 100% would recommend this hidden gem, luxury, sustainable ecotour with Malampaya.

First off, skip the insanely polluted El Nido and come to Tay Tay! It's authentic, friendly and is a proud city. If you're looking for a professional, hospitable and no b.s. tour guide... Ivan and his crew will give you just that. Not once in the 2 day, overnight adventure did we feel they gave us anything less than what we paid for. The laughs were genuine, the food was amazing and the selected activities were exactly what we were looking for. The highlights for me was staying on the boat overnight in the mangroves and the lush sea grass on one of the coral sites. Did I mention the corals were in abundance and undamaged or the open water had very minimal amounts of plastic in Tay Tay? We were there 5 days and the only place we saw tourists were at the hotel we were staying. Don't skip this place and definitely reach out to Ivan.

Wow- we can't say enough good things about being on a tour with Ivan & his crew. Top notch professionals with an outstanding environmental ethic, wealth of local & marine knowledge & a pleasure to spend a day with! Plus the lunch provided was delicious. Don't miss the opportunity to tour with Malampaya.
