Salt in the air, sand in my hair. Mantigue island is a 15 minute boat boat ride away from the main island of Camiguin. A small, uninhabited island surrounded by clear blue waters teeming with life. With its fine white sand, you are sure to...More

Take it out of your itinerary. Agents migjt not tell you, but going to Mantigue island as of this time is prohibited/closed for some environmental reason (non-compliance of boatmen as per locals)

This was the number one in the itinerary given to us prior to our trip, but we were never given a chance to go here. It woukd probably be a nice island. How sad! Sic!

Best to go early morning. A captivating view of Volcan and Mt. Hibok-Hibok, while lying on the pristine white sand in a sandbar. The water is clear and cold. The place is unspoiled and well kept. The boatmen were helpful and prompt.

Mantigue Island is one of the diving spot in Camiguin. The visibility is 10m. I have dived deep once in Mantigue and the experience was extraordinary. You get to look at big fishes living in beautiful formations of corals even by just snorkeling around.

We came to the island with small kids who asked to kayak. In the spot the water changes color we dive and a whole world was in front of our eyes - just amazing!! On the island there is a small store, resturant and toilet.
