Booking experience: booked the tour through Viator (who were very helpful), but the company wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls for two days. Not impressive at all, and very stressful for me. I thought I'd bought into a scam. They finally emailed me the...More

Visiting the catacombs was one of the highlights of visiting Odessa. It gives you a close up view of the very difficult life underground as a partisan fighting the Nazis. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Odessa.

If you have issues with confined spaces, I would NOT recommend this tour--you are down in the catacombs for the full three hours. Also, take into account that the meeting point is a bit far out from the center, so be prepared to travel a...More

which was filled with a great deal of information. It was poignant to see the flowers and respect that was put there of the people still living in the area. I would like to go back. It is something my sons must see.
