If this is your first time in Indonesia, it s a good start, locals are friendly and want to tell their history, a bit rundown, but a good start for exploring other traditional villages

You had to pay an entrance fee, but couldn't see into the houses. Locals not very friendly, was a bit of waste of our time. Near to Ruteng

Nothing really interesting and beatiful there. Locals are not friendly. If you want to see a house inside - they ask money. Entrance fee - 20k IDR/person.

These structures are authentic and still lived in. The internal framework has five stories and mirrors the Spiderweb rice field design. Very nice cultural village
