River band makes for a nice walk, but the bridge itself is nothing special. At night people are dancing or practising tai-chi under the bridge so it makes for interesting cultural experriece

This makes an interesting short walk; the roads are safe, even at night. It was evening and I witnessed a crowd of "seniors" doing their (ballroom-style) Chinese dancing below the bridge gates: awesome experience.

The time to see this bridge is at night. We took a cab and told them we wanted to stop on the bridge. The driver pulled into the far right lane that appears to be for smaller vehicles and was able to stop without blocking...More

This long bridge juxtaposes dramatically with the wide-open landscapes on both sides driving through, but at the end of the day, it's just another bridge, with little historical, cultural, or architectural significance.
