Hi April, I see that I did a confusion. You mean the Hundred Islands as a whole, not the Treasure Island resort? In that case I haven't seen any tourist with an own pet on the boats nor on the islands. Regards

yes it is always open. Just prepare because there is a lot of people coming out of metro manila going to provinces. Make your reservation in advance to hotels and resorts in Alaminos.
