Dubbed as Boracay of the North for white and fine sand. I like the Saud stretch better than the Blue Lagoon where Hannah's Beach Resort is. This area has big waves, more serene, calm and you really can commune with nature.

An excellent place to stay soaking under the sun in a clean clear waters and soft sand. I find this place like a paradise unexplored by enterprising business-minded people. We should leave it this way but has to be monitored for the right maintenance of the beach. No littering; always keep it clean. On the contrary, advance technology like the... More

We arrived at one of the hotels along this beach on Holy Thursday and stayed overnight to enjoy the company of my children. The hotel is right in front of Saud Beach and we had a fantastic view of the sunset. When at the beach, looking either to your right or left, you will have a good view of the... More

For the price of the rooms (4,500 pesos) for 4 people, you can get much better rates at the hotels right next to it AND the rooms are WAY better. BUT, you will not get the view that this place has.

This might be an unfair review since we stayed here during the peak season. Full of people, full of people with tents, full of people drinking and cooking. Not my ideal beach setting. If this goes on for some time, this beach will be ruined. Water is not clear, sand is not as fine as Boracay or Palawan. Sand is... More

The bay is pretty with large sway of sand backed by palm trees. It should have been a idyllic spot. Unfortunately the view has been ruined by development albeit on a small scale. The concrete buildings in the tiny resort are crammed together and the wind turbines are on the skyline. The beach shelves into the warm water there is rather... More

seashell beach, crystal clear clean water, love love it. Went on January so it was 19 degrees in the water but far from deserted certainly not crowded unlike the other beaches in the area- just my type. You can see fishes swimming near you, it was heaven on earth. Lodging in the area is more expensive than in other local... More

We had a great time swimming because the water is very clear and clean. The beach itself is well maintained. Even though we stay for two nights I can't get enought of the saud beach! The long drive is worth it and nailed it!

it was really quiet and empty but the beach was really nice even though there are not so many thing to do except chill and relax (and drink and eat). People are friendly and do not hustle customers

It's undeniable that the Philippines is blessed with the best beaches. Saud is dubbed to be the Boracay of the north. They have beautiful white sand and gorgeous blue waters. What I don't like about the area is the water is cold, very different from other beaches in the country. Also they have harsh waves making swimming less enjoyable.
