This beach is enclosed by hills and mountains. The beach is facing South China sea which has a literal blue water thus blue lagoon. The beach is public and thus not properly maintained. Hopefully the local government will watch and maintain this beautiful beach.

Unfortunately big hotels have marred the beauty of this place. If we can only turn back time to 2010 when this was still a virgin place dotted with a few eco resorts and transient houses. It has become cheapened by kitsch. But the natural beauty...More

Going to such a very far place and find it with beautiful resort, wide park with big comic characters and statues inspired from Egypt was a great experience. It has zipline too. The lagoon looks very inviting.

Blue lagoon Beach is really amazing! The water is clear blue. When we went there, the waves are calm despite of the bad weather we've been experiencing in Ilocos since we got there. There are only few establishments to eat and drink. So don't expect...More

Good for day-trip and also for a night or two stays on some hotels around. If you book hotel or day-cottage parking will be included. The sand is fine white, the waves are rough and windy. Picturesque also with lots of restaurants around.

The view is breath-taking! Everything here is worthy to appreciate and to enjoy. Rows of public cottages, zipline, and resorts are along the way and the beaches are so excitingly fun to swim at. Food abounds in small and big restos fronting the beaches.

Looking for a clean and not so crowded beach. Go here and enjoy. Not that yet commercialized. Cool breeze.

Compared to Saud beach, Blue Lagoon gives finer white sand and shallow waters. Blue Lagoon is my favorite place in Pagudpud. 20 years ago, this place was a virgin island. Meaning, no resorts. You can just go there, dip in the water, and have to...More

It was better 10 or more years ago. Nevertheless, its still a nice beach :) if you are looking for white sand though, better go at the other side - saud beach area. The water is cold and rough in the early morning and evenings....More

There are cottages in the area that can accommodate up to 10 people. You can rent two cottages. :)
