an amazing experience to live the kargil war memories, how our brave soldiers defended our borders. one must also try to see bhimbat and the tiger hills. beautiful view from the top of umbala road.

U can stay at Hotel Siachen right in the middle of Kargil market & located damn beside the city taxi stand.

The memorial opens at 10 and closes for an hour around lunch time and reopens at around 2.
