This was a really nice museum. Several buildings walk you through all sorts of historical and cultural exhibits. I particularly enjoyed the church with the interactive priest and shaman exhibit. The shaman sings a great song and the priest is incredibly creepy. Definitely a must...More

The museum is interesting and good depicting the old way of life. However, the midges and flies were really quite a pest and we had to wear nets the whole time.The place is interesting and is a working port.

We visited Sisimiut museum and found it to be very interesting. The museum consists of a main building and some small buildings, all full of interesting information and beautifully laid out.

Well you came all this way ;) Is well worth a look at the history of the town. Some really good preserved building with original equipment. Well set out.
