This is a very small museum with a few small rooms of quality mosaics. I came to see the button and bead displays. The buttons were displayed in picture frames high on the walls and were difficult with the light reflecting on them to see...More

This factory that formerly was employing around 1000 people, no longer needs that level of manual labour, but production continues, albeit not under the family that owned and ran the factory for many decades. The museum shows the history of the factory and the site...More

The mosaics were very impressive and it was an interesting story. I was however a little disappointed with the button displays, some were too high to see properly. But worth a visit if staying local.

Improving my education on the how and why of mosaics manufacture and art. It is an interesting subject and I have not visited such a specific exhibition before.
