Nothing really special other than this swimming hole created during low tide times. A very rocky walk from the shore to this swimming hole. Lots of people go here. Expensive food in the area. A good 45 minute drive from General Luna area. Don't feel...More

This area of tidal pools filled with emerald green water is dreamy. Lots of tidal pools, some shallow and some deep enough that you can climb up a rock and jump in for extra excitement. One of the best places in Siargao to take awesome...More

It was just okay. Not a lot of fish to see when snorkeling. The water was clear, sure, but then again the water was clear everywhere else. If I were to do this trip again, I would skip Magpaponko and spend more time in Daco...More

There are not so many places of interest on Siargao, and magpaponko is in a must see list. You can swim in a natural pool, jump from the rock or just walk around and enjoy beautiful surroundings.
