A great place for a stroll but not large enough for a longer walk. Really beautiful and peaceful woodland - with mainly oak tress. Once outside the woods, the views up the Aire valley are superb. A family favourite over the generations.

Lovely wooded walks with wide footpaths as well as paths through the woods. Fabulous views spanning miles. Road access a bit restricted but worth a visit.

Pleasant place for a walk with lovely trees, grassy areas, flora and fauna. Easy parking and good pathways, but lots of uphill gradient to reach the top. Good views.

Excellent children's adventure play area and another more conventional play area. Walk across the meadow, through the woods, stop off at the model railway at a weekend. Tennis courts, bowling green andfootball pitches also. Good for walks, exercising dogs, children and adults.
