The new Keiser spin bikes and new ways of using their functions have taken fitness to another level. Ken the Wednesday morning spinning instructor uses the cadence to maximum effect. A great fun workout to boot ....!!!

Great soft play and reasonably priced good food. Much better than Farrington over priced food. Only issue is the time restrictions which can be annoying as no extension if you have just purchased food eg lunch!
