This is an area where no big vegetation grow. The soil color is reddish. It is out of bounds for visitors but can get a view from the road.

You can't walk there anymore... but it is still an incredible sight. Red hills. Saddened by the fact that people abused the earth.

If you have never visited the Badlands, you will be amazed at the sights. October is a particularly as great month to go, as you get the amazing fall colours, and the magic of the Badlands all in one trip.

You were able to walk on the badlands, but this is not so anymore, I am not sure why this place is closed off now.
