We had been told what a good visit this was and having visited many breweries and done their tours, I wasn't over enthusiastic! How wrong I was, this was a wonderful experience with an excellent guide and an interesting tour through the history of brewing...More

Whilst having a week’s holiday in a cottage close to Masham in North Yorkshire, I persuaded my reluctant wife that a brewery tour would be a welcome change from visits to Castles, Cathedrals and gardens. The fact that it was market day in Masham and...More

We first visited this Brewery in the mid 1990’s. On arrival we booked our tour and waited in the bar. We were called through for our tour and entered a room where a gentleman began the tour. He spent 30 -35 mins telling us about...More

We did the brewery Tour and found it quite boring, the gentleman was really lovely and knowledgable but it was as 35 minutes of chatting through every beer at first and I could hardly hear a word as I was sat to the back. Then...More

Visited the brewery whilst in the area as we have liked Black Sheeps ales for some time. The brewery tour was good and informative if quite expensive at £9.50 each. The person showing us around was knowledgable and enthusiastic about the Black Sheep story and...More

Visited the Black Sheep brewery many years ago and it was an interesting tour. Visited again last week and it’s clear that the brewery has moved on considerably since then. Much more commercialised and slicker in presentation. I found the tour a bit long this...More

Went with my boyfriend and family, and had a great time drinking all the varieties and going on the tour. Lunch afterwards was delicious as well. Would thoroughly recommend to all ale fans!
