We lived near the Guishan Park, we could see the prayer wheel from the window. Then we went there at night, so many people were turning the prayer wheel, everyone can join in. And then we visited the temple.

Small area...need to climb stairs up but it is pretty place to take photo with and the people there are very friendly. They will help to turn the massive zhuanjinglun when there is not enough people.
