After visiting the market it was like my dream came true. All were female hawkers n shopkeepers...so many years only heard about the same, but after visiting my wish came true to see this market. Good stuff at better rate....language could be a problem however...More

This was a very nice market where all shops are run by women... A great variety of products are available are very reasonable price. One can buy Black Rice from here to make Kheer.... Bunch of Blue Lotus flower available for just Rupees 10... Great...More

Definitely worth visiting for buying silk and woollen shawls. Do not forget to buy black rice from here. Bargain a lot.

generally no off day, except any bandh or holiday called. sunday many of venders are closed, but still u may get stuff by 11-12 in morning.
