It is one of the best markets in Imphal. The market is completely managed by women.. All types of goods are available in this market.. The market remains open from early morning to evening.. This is a must visit place in Imphal..

Only women are the shopkeeper in email market. Very less men were there as store owner. Where women are the manager there very less bargaining.Thou it's nice to see all women's are busy doing business.This can be seen only in Manipur.

Went in the morning hours....its great to see only women vendors...most were rude though...not a smile to welcome you...the market is mostly for veg and fish and local wares...not worth the trip...also in imphal the auto drivers or hotel cabs fleece tourists charging hefty fares...More

generally no off day, except any bandh or holiday called. sunday many of venders are closed, but still u may get stuff by 11-12 in morning.
