We were told to visit the mill by our air B&B host Manuela, and to ask for Paolo. That we did, and it was great to see all the old machines! Family business for generations

We found this gem in the middle of Altamura.The daughter gave us a short tour in Italian/English.We bought bags of their pasta.This family business uses milling machines in perfect order from the 1950's.She then took us to her favourite restaurant,introducing us to the owners,where we had a wonderful lunch.Please support this pasta flour mill.It is the real deal.…
