Somewhat scrappy around the edges due to rubbish and cars everywhere. Nothing special and doesn’t reflect the cute town area and marina. Views are OK though.

Weird place. Amazing looking building in a stunning location above Saint Florent. Dank stairs and then a whole range of amazing art and sculpture. Loved it. Recommended.

It's a shame that the Citadel is not organised as more of a tourist attraction having so much history around it. Other than the fab views from the top of the area, which are worth the walk up, there isn't much to do here. Shame about the graffiti and general "destruction" on the walls. Parking is free here for the town access which is good. We had lunch at La Crique just round the corner from the Citadel which was a lovely spot !…

Not really much of a citadel, but the height provides some lovely views of the harbour and out to sea. Parking, though limited is also free here, so handy.
