Absolutely loved the view from the top! The cable car itself was good too, reasonably priced (about 20 euros each), no line and a great view during the 15 minute ride. At the top you can choose to walk different hikes or you can buy...More

Tip bring Trekking shoes and the trek sticks if you plan on walking. The cable car ride was the much easier option with kids. The walk up is steep long and slippery without the right gear. When you get to the top you have other...More

Expensive: €98 for a family of 4. Quite a long ride to the top but worth it. Beautiful views make it worthwhile. The kids enjoyed it.

Although a tad expensive the cable car is a brilliant way to go up to the top of Katrin as you see the stunning Austrian landscape as you go up. Will mention though that if it’s hot it can get a bit uncomfortable!
