About
Warm tropical water, a colorful marine life, deep walls and a vibrant marine eco system lure scuba divers from all over the world to Moalboal. On every dive spot you have good chances to see turtles, barracuda, schools of sardines and sometimes other big fish like jacks and tuna.Additionally, colorful reef dwellers like parrot-, trumpet- and cuttlefish, angel fishes, batfishes and so on are found on every dive. There is also a chance to see some whitetip and blacktip sharks at Pescador Island and Ronda Marine Park. Even whale shark encounters are not uncommon. Boats head out to the nearby dive spots every day at 9 am and 2:00 pm. Additionally, regular night dives are conducted at 6:30 pm. In between the boat dives you can do shore dives in front of the dive center. Diving at the house reef is just excellent. It consists of a shallow plateau totally covered with corals that leads to an impressive drop-off with a steep wall plummeting to depth of more than 50 meters (170 feet). The whole reef is covered with hard and soft corals and is inhabited by typical reef dwellers and lots of turtles. The resort is just what it name implies, lovely. 22 rooms, cottages and bungalows are set in an idyllic tropical garden, surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. The secluded, intimate beach resort is located on the quiet southern end of Panagsama Beach, in front of the teeming coral reef, surrounded by tropical flora. Next to accommodation the resort offers a seaview restaurant, a swimming pool, free Wifi connection and a little spa.

Just fantastic! We had a very good time with all of the team. Ana did her open water diver - cheers to Beth :)
The sealife is incredible, also at the housereef. They offer also little trips to go dive. We saw a lot of turtles. It is also very affordable (fair prices).

One of my best diving experience. Great service from the DM and store manager. The sardines are really impressive.
The diving schedule is really clear. You can check all the information from the board with today's diving sites. And you can decide to join the group anytime. So It makes the diving plan very flexible.

I had an amazing experience, diving and doing my OW course at Cebu Fun Divers. I saw many colourful fishes, turtles, large groups of sardines and many other cool things. My dive master, Rene Svoboda was very kind, helpful and thoroughly taught me all I needed to know about the OW course. I would highly recommend coming to dive at Cebu Fun Divers and Rene as a teacher!

This was a fantastic diving centre! The staff were really friendly and they were really fun to dive with. I did my open water with Rene and he was really amazing, would totally recommend for anyone wanting to dive or do a padi course!!

I have my doubts of doing an Open Water Diver course and was worried that I cannot complete in 2 days. But I was fortunate to meet my instructor, Rene. He was very experience and knowledgeable. He shared with me lots of his knowledge and his coaching was very professional. I was kinda a little worried but his calming presence made the entire 2 days course very fun and enjoyable! and this experience was unbelievable! It's an unforgettable experience for me, I would highly recommend Rene and Cebu Fun Divers if you want to take a diving course!

We did an Open Water Diver course with instructor Rene and this experience was unbelievable! He tought us in a calm and professional way making our diving experience unforgettable. Definitely removed any doubts and we highly recommend this place!

We made our open water certificatin with cebu fun divers & were absolutely thrilled. The location is great, the staff incredibly friendly, familiar and helpful.
Rene, our dive instructor, was great! He knew a lot, created small uncertainties out of the world and designed everything at our pace.
My friend was unsure if she could dive at all (because of her ears), and Rene showed us tricks for pressure equalisation & everything worked. He was incredibly relaxed and that rubbed off.
The dives with him were incredible. And in the end, the course was over far too quick, we could have easily hung on to it for another 2 days!

I have been Moalboal once many years back and this is my 2nd time. Cebu Fun Divers was highly recommended by a friend and I can now understand why... The team @CFD runs a good operation and is able to meet Divers needs from lessons to various diving spots.
The diving was average this time because of the damage from that major typhoon from 2 years ago... even Pascador Island did not look like my previous dives there. The fish life was slowly returning, and young corals were sighted. The sardines remained an absolute highlight. The service from CFD was great and we enjoyed ourselves very much. CFD is located next to Cebu Seaview Dive Resort so we stayed there and the stay was fantastic (clean room, nice food,...)

We finished our open water dive with Rene and it was really amazing. All staff were super friendly and accommodating which made the course super enjoyable! Our dive master (Rene) was super knowledgeable of the dive locations we visited and seemed to share our love for the ocean. Over all it was a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend !
