Super recommend this place. The staff was very nice and Andreas best instructor I could have, really professional and friendly.
I did open water course with him in 2-3 days, all the time you can feel safe and was super easy to learn from him.

We took our open water diving certificate here. Our instructor Andreas was amazing throughout the whole course. He was great at teaching us all the essentials of diving both in and out of the water. He took his time and provided each of us with extra help when we needed it. It was a great learning environment really comfortable and relaxed. We would 10/10 recommend going to Neptune and getting certified with Andreas.

Wonderful restaurant with splendid cuisine, top dish is grilled tuna! We tried a lot there, Indian food, Philippino food, Chinese food, even Italian pasta and many others! Mango shake was great, coconut cocktail was lovely! Especially we praise Ms Banjo, who was very pleasant and attentive to us, patiently explained main ingredients and cooked it immediately! The magic sunset you admire sitting at the table with sea view! Well done, folks! Strongly recommend this place.

I'd never really been interested in diving but had a couple of weeks left at the end of my holiday, so thought I'd finally get around to it. I looked at and contacted a few dive resorts, and Neptune was easily the most responsive.
I booked by myself but was happy to have another girl taking the OW course with me. It was really helpful to have someone to learn with.
As others have mentioned, the instructors are amazing! We were with Yohann N and I really couldn't have asked for a better teacher. He was calm, informative, and reassuring throughout. I found it really scary at first but Yohann was brilliant at keeping me calm (even underwater!) and always seemed confident that I would be able to do it. He ensures that you do all of your learning, if you don't perform a skill to his standards, he'll ask you to do it again. This means that you're totally confident by the time that you pass. Really can't stress enough just how lucky I feel to have had him as an instructor! Liked it so much that I did the AOW course immediately after. We also saw lots of Martin and a bit of Jenny, they were both lovely.
I stayed at the resort for just over a week in total. Luckily it was low season so I was able to extend my stay day by day. The staff are all lovely and very friendly. The rooms are basic, but pretty standard for that area. Most importantly, the aircon was quiet and good!
Tips:
Come during low season, you'll be in a small group for your course
Ask for a room far away from Chillis bar (it's noisy)
Ask them to send you the e-learning materials/videos before you arrive. You can watch these while you travel instead of having to spend hours of your holiday studying

The resort is very comfortable, has good equipment, and offers boat & shore dives. The difference maker in my time in Moablboal was Dive Instructor Martin. He was an incredible teacher, kind and patient with all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and comfortable. I joined another Open Water student and felt so safe & secure in my abilities and felt I made true friends. I stayed at the resort for 4 days which was convenient, but Martin is the true draw to this location. Thank you, I am excited to join the underwater world!

We stayed for 2 nights in 3rd floor room #9. Outside balcony had an excellent view of many sardine snorkel groups and other beach sights. Loved the huge king bed and in-closet safe. Split inverter A/C was quiet and it worked great. Tons of hot water in the shower and fantastic water pressure. We were charged 500 php each for sardine snorkeling and our guide Steven was awesome. He gave us life vests, mask and snorkel tubes. Also paid an extra 500 for him to take lots of fantastic GoPro underwater photos. Only saw one turtle but hey, mother nature doesn't always cooperate. NOTE: This tour does not include a boat, you swim directly out from the shore. Don't bring anything that cannot get soaking wet! Front desk staff was standoffish and unhelpful. Bar across the street parties until the wee hours of the morning. Bring some earplugs! Hotel is very popular with Korean tourists.

The rooms are very good and clean. But there is a bar just opposite and they are playing loud music all night long it’s called the chili bar.

We did our advanced PADI course here with the dive instructor Irish. She was brilliant throughout and taught us well including a night dive which was epic.
They are based right by the Sardine run so you can shore dive right to it which is amazing. We did a trip to Pescador island which was also great, saw tons of marine life.
They are well priced and safe in their approach with a good team of dive masters. Overall I’d highly recommend Neptune - thanks for memories guys!
