So I went in April and you can tell it’s coming to the dry season as there wasn’t much water as I have seen in photos. The place gets really crowded so make sure you come in the morning so it is less crowded. Make...More

We eere diving in Moalbal and did some canyoning too while there. It was an impressive adventure and we really enjoyed it. Some parts i would now consider as dangerous to jump and we will not do it again, but we really had fun and...More

The photos you find on travel blogs and all over the internet do not do the place justice - and not in a good way. It is a beautiful spot but completely over exploited. Locals litter everywhere. No one picks it up. Complete disregard for...More

We visited as part of a canyoning trip and had a lot of fun! It busy but not so bad that you have to wait very long for anything. Lots of people jumping from above the waterfall, looked like fun!

Beautiful waterfall but very crowdy the day we went. Not a quiet remote place. Very touristic waterfall.

If you are visiting Moalboal then canyoneering is a must do! By far the best thing I have ever done, the jumping, the scenery and the sights were out of this world! Best day ever! Only problem for canyoneering is in my opinion you must...More

One of us had been here, 3 years ago and loved doing the canyoneering that is provided. How can you not enjoy, trekking through the jungle to jump dozens of feet into fresh cold water springs. I suggest getting a guided tour if your first...More

We had so much fun. The long trip was so worth it. The water was crystal clear and the people are very hospitable and fun.

We originally planned to just show up early in the morning to avoid crowds, but we ended up joining a canyoneering tour with our hostel. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this experience especially to people who love adrenalines and pushing...More

I took a canyoning tour that ended at Kawasan Falls and though there are better sights along the tour, Kawasan Falls is still a beautiful area where many Filipino families gather. Don't be fooled by some of the photos you see online, where the falls...More

September is the monsoon season but when I was there in late August it rained a little here and there every day, mostly at night so bring and umbrella. To get to the falls most people live in the resorts near Moalboal town.

I can't remember exactly but it should be about $50-$70 per person. If you like cool remote caves and jumping into clear freshwater repeatedly yes. Especially if you like the thrill of jumping from a height.
