One laiya beach resort - san juan batangas
lovely resort and nice , we avail the kubo-Nipa Hut for only 1500 pesos its very cheap but i give some tips guys you have to bring your own foods there otherwise you have to buy outside of the beach which is quite far from the city ,so better to bring foods ,if you iwsh to buy inside of the beach its quite expensive too and they are only selling snacks and drinks .

The price is a bit steep for this type of place.5k pesos for a room with 2 beds.no amenities at all.you need to bring evrything u need.from toiletries to cooking utensils.ok for day tour. Buy you must bring all yoy need from top to bottom.the beach is ok...but the should maintain the cleanliness.i wouldnt go back and maybe just find something nicer for the same price.

Came on a family outing with a group of 12, a day trip so no overnight stay. The resort is fairly easy to reach. This is a pure beach resort, there is no pool or other facilities.
The surroundings and the beach are well maintained. Everything looks cleaned up. The beach does have some leaves and other things brought in by the tide but you can see it has been cleaned up regularly.
Beach huts look bit worn but are tidy and priced very reasonably. There are some typical local amenities like videoke for rent and a grilling station. Unlike some other resorts cooking has to be done well out of the way of other guests, a pro if you ask me as I don't like to be smoked with my neighbours grilling talents or lack of it.
Beach and sea are good but not great. Beach itself has 'white' or rather yellow sand, once underwater it becomes dark so no crystal clear water to be expected. The water is very shallow until a few 100 meters into the sea. Nice for swimming and wading for those who like to be able to touch ground. Fairly good for kids too. Some rocks in the underground so bit of caution is advised.
There are some water sports facilities such as a banana boat and snorkelling but we didn't use those this time.
Showers are disappointing. Unclean impression mostly because they look old and worn. Update and cleanup necessary.
Conclusion: decent basic place catering mostly to locals, delivers as promised for fair price except for showers which are far below standard.

We walked/swam across the sea for about a hundred meters from the shore and the water is only up to our chests.
We even found an area in the middle of the sea (like a sand bar) where we just sat and let the waves massage our bodies.
They have huts very nice for families. Ours had a dining area, sleeping area, bathroom and own faucet outside to wash feet from the sand.
A lot of activities are offered. We availed of the island hopping which came with snorkeling and swimming to a cave under water. You don't need to know how to swim for these activities.
They have their own accommodation but a day trip and packed food is already enjoyable for our family.

Accommodation is basic and is not well maintained. Would not have stayed if alone but could not disappoint the extended family. As most time spent outside and on the beach we had a great time.

if you are looking for some place nice but cheap this one's for you. you get what you paid for. But its better to bring your own food for your own comfort. 😁😁😁

Accommodation is good. I suggest you bring food because they do not have a restaurant inside but you can take short orders though. The beach is good best to enjoy with group.

We had our company outing last April and got the big white house..we are about 50pax sharing with 1 CR..the house is big but only about 2 outlet was available for charging...Beach is ok(water and sand along blue coral, Sabangan and aquatico are way better)it's an average resort...just don't expect anything so you'll not be disappointed..
