We expected to be able to eat at any of the several restaurants available on the island but, seeing as we visited in the beginning of June, only one was open. Disappointing for such a nice place to not take better care of its tourists.
Visited here for a business conference & was very pleasantly surprised by the beauty & diversity of this place. The gardens, beach, small vineyards, pathways.. every inch of the island was a beauty. Makes for a good day trip with family or friends.

Book direct in the port, short sea journey to island. Don't go expecting excitement! It's an old fashioned place with lovely beaches, the sea is so clear though quite cold even in August. The beaches we used were very sharp shingle so recommend beach shoes....More
