Traditional toy shop stocking a wide range of mainly wooden toys. The shop is an Aladdin's Cave of time tested toys some with there origins dating back several century's. The owner is a time served carpenter and joiner and makes many of the toys on display, specialising in Toy Farms, Castles, Dolls Houses, Noah's Arks to mention just a few of the many items on display. See into his workshop through the viewing window in the shop. Bring a 20p coin with you and watch the 'The Toy Works Train' run around the top of the display area.

A wonderful trip down memory lane for wooden and traditional toy lovers. Despite our kids all being teenagers the owner came up with a wooden toy/trick/magic puzzle which will keep them guessing for ages. Would thoroughly recommend and great to see a business like this...More
