If you try to meditate yourself out of the crowds of tourists you will really enjoy this place and what it represents. The temple is just part of a beautiful scenic area (bring an umbrella for sun / rain and good walking shoes). The site...More

As many other reviewers note, the way the place has been commercialized is unbecoming. It has basically been made into a theme park. Not very respectful of the ancient heritage the place holds. What makes it worth while is the impressive youngsters performing the kong...More

I visited after hiking song mountain. I visited during a chinese holiday so crowds were heavy and I only spent about 15 minutes in the temple. If you have a chance try to get a tour guide to help explain more of the specifics but...More

If you are a kung fu fan, this is the place to be. Ideally, come ad early as possible and get to the temple before the crowd. Yes it is commercial but see beyond this and soak up the Zen my friends.
