I noticed on google reviews that some people moan about the 6 euro parking. We come from a small English coastal resort with a large unspoilt beach that charges for parking. However, at plage de l'Espiguette, what you get for your 6 euros is: 1....More

Clean beach. Very beautiful scenery. One restaurant, bar where you can also rent pedalos and paddle boards. Bicycle path to the beach. There is a free public toilet at the entrance of the beach but no showers. Lots of litter bins!

Visited here for a lovely day at an unspoiled sandy beach. Sure, you have to pay to park but that meant parking was pretty well managed for the large summer weekend crowds. You can walk along the beach for what seems like forever so bring...More

I found Espiguette Beach a fantastic place to visit. Yes you have to pay 6 euros to park but bring a picnic and make a day of it. The beach itself is fine white sand and as well as being long it has reasonable depth...More

A bit less touristy and less crowded and commercialised. Few more insects but closer to nature. Sand dunes as far as you can see and good swimming waters. Costs 6€ for the day.

I think it's one of the widest beach I've ever seen, at least when entering it from the camping. Nice, smooth sand and clear water.

L’Espiguette Beach is only a 5 mins drive from Le Grau du Roi. The huge parking is worse the €6, and from there you can easily access the very long natural beach with golden sand and dunes. You can walk for miles so even if...More

Beautiful long beach which I guess apart from in very high season never gets very crowded. We were there in June so the sea was a bit cold and it was a bit windy but would recommend for relative wellness but close to town
