Went for trekking to Kohoj. But it's too hot at this time to really enjoy the trek. Also there is very less greenery due to the heat.

I would say a romantic place to visit. Travel only if you have transport arranged. No good places around to eat so carry something for munching if you want.

This place is located in Palghar region. This fort is at about 10kms from Wada. Its one of the fort which waswere surrendered by Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to the Mughals. Its a popular place for trekking. You can get special tours for the same.

This fort is good option for trekkers especially during monsoon as one can have a 360º view of the surrounding nature along with the Vaitarna river. The way for starting the climbing o this fort is bit confusing but once got trough its enjoyable.
