If coming in on a cruise ship be sure to follow the instructions they give you. We rode in an air conditioned van to Rose Hall House. On the way our guide gave fun lessons how to speak Jamaican, ya man! We waited our turn...More
I have always heard the stories about the great house as a child however this was my first tour. The tickets online on their website is cheaper, it’s an older home with a spooky feel, creaking floorboards with a nice view. I did the day...More
The Great House is so close to the Hyatt Zilara, you really do have to pay it a visit and the entrance fee is reasonable. Despite the ghostly stories of Annie Palmer still haunting the property, it was my every intention to dance a jig...More
I didn't know what to expect, but was hopeful it was more informational with a chance of experiencing something 'unnatural'. I should have read reviews first as this was basically a tour of the house, with information and added haunted house like antics. Although it...More
Everyone likes a good ghost story. This house is full of creepy stories and sad events. I found this tour very interesting. It is hard to believe humans can be so cruel to one another - either by enslaving others or murdering them. Our guide,...More

It would depend on the time of travel. Early morning in Montego can be challenging as far as travel. I know coming into Montego from the east in the morning is an exercise in extreme patience. Not sure how it is coming from the piers. But I would imagine it could be a bit heavy. You still may hit delays in the morning leaving Montego going west towards Rose Hall. There are only to roads leaving. The low and high road. They both back up and are stop and go.
