I went on this tour with the hostel Casa Mazeta. Definitely take shoes you don’t mind getting wet as you walk right through the falls and rappel down one too. Moderate level of fitness. I say that as a middle aged female. The swimming at...More

After staying the night at Casa Mazeta (highly recommended) we took the 20 dollar tour offered by the hostel. Lunch was included and it was simple but really good. This trek is not difficult, however, at one point you are required to climb down one...More

Seven waterfalls hike was a great way how to explore surrounding hills and its coffee plantations and waterfalls. We have got a local girl who could not speak a word in english though, which made it little more difficult.

Booked the tour through my hostel (Casa Mazeta) with 3 others in my dorm and had an absolute blast. The tour lasted 6-7 hours and we could choose when we left between 6-8am - we met halfway at 7:00. The tour started with a hike...More

This was a more strenuous hike than I had imagined it would be and, in many ways, more rewarding. It runs ~5 hours, with long stretches taking you through coffee farms. On the morning I did the hike, my guide (Douglas) and I were the...More

Beautiful scenery, lovely waterfalls. I would not recommend this tour if you have balance issues. The trail is quite strenuous! Wear shoes that can get wet and clothes you can swim in. Our guides were very good, but spoke no English. The rappel was a...More

Thank you for your review. The hike is a bit of a challenge, for sure – all part of the fun. We do advise guests to wear adequate footwear, ideally with closed sandals to change into for the part where you descend a 40 metre...More

The tour takes 3 to 4 hours. There were only four people in our group. It would take longer with a bigger group.
