Yes, Rui is a restaurant at day and at night is a club goers paradise. But the clubbing scene though is scheduled, and not every weekends. So its a bit frustrating to think that a high class clubbing scene in Dipolog is Only scheduled. You just have to wait and be patient for a party to be scheduled, but when you're lucky... You're god damn lucky. The clubbing scene is worthy comparable to clubs in BGC, the crowd is not jologs but rather a bit high class. Its well organized, well planned and secure. Beers are perfectly chilled and the food is astounding.
