The Amazing Timoga Cold Springs

Timoga Cold Springs has attracted and still is attracting a lot of visitors who come to swim and enjoy. The water in the swimming pools is clear and clean. Food like Lechon and cooked bananas could be bought in eateries just across it.

The only developed cold spring pools in Iligan. It has been here even when I was still in elementary. Best for family picnics.

Good for family weekend swimming.
You can bring food or buy foods from nearby stalls or restaurant.
The water is very clean and refreshing.
Even the wind soothe our good feeling.
Adequate parking area.
Nearby highway.

had an amazing dinner-bonding with fellow Iota Nu Beta brothers, with some members coming all the way from out of the country. the cold ambiance compliment the warm party, with lechon and kinilaw! :)

Timoga cold springs are famous destinations to local and foreign tourists who yearn to have a balanced natural and modernized spot to rest and just enjoy either solo or with company. One could choose from the six or more spring resorts readily accessible from the Buru-un highway, depending on one's preference. Families, friends, school events can find these places suitable for their needs for fun and bonding.
In front of these spring resorts are a line of eateries offering the famous Iligan City lechon and sinugbang isda.
A visit to Iligan city will be incomplete without a dip into these famous spring pools and a taste of the deliciou lechon!

Good place for family outings or small gatherings.
You can bring your food or buy food across the street.
Old and young or children can enjoy the cold simmering water coming all along from Lake Lanao through Agus River until it finally falls either as a fall or sprouting as cold springs in Timoga and other places.

a must visit place when in iligan our favourite place since we were young until now when your feeling very hot visit this place to refresh your self with plenty of lechon (roast pork) opposite and other native delicacies to choose from like steam banana and sweet potato

The Famous Timoga Pools

If you are from Iligan it is very common you visit this place. And once you travel outside Iligan you have a very high standard of Cold and Freshness to pool waters. This is Because the pools in Timoga Cold Springs are all flowing and 100% non chlorinated, as you dip or dive into the pool at first you will be bursting of chills for it is really cold. It takes you some time to adjust to it's coldness and once you have experience Timoga there is no other place that has this Fresh and Cold Water
