I went to Malapascua and chose Dive Society to go diving with. Everyone is very helpful and you recognize that they care. Also safety is not just a word for them, they mean it. They have oxygen just in case. Most equipment was new and they maintain it. They offer best brand rental equipment. The boat (bangka) is big and very convenient and they also have a nice speedboat with a roof. It feels like home or good friends when you stay there! They care, they are funny and the dives are awesome! On the boat, in the water and underwater and beside diving they are a great team. The DM are searching for the animals you want to see. The instructors know what they do and are very patient. They love their job. Thank you Dive Masters, thank you Dive Society. It was awesome!

We completed our Open Water Diver course with Jera in Dive Society Malapascua. He was very patient, helpful and a genuinely nice guy. After completing the course he brought us out to see the thresher sharks which was an amazing experience. Definitely go with Dive Society for all your diving needs in Malapascua. Especially if staying in Kokay's Maldito Resort, it's literally on your doorstep..

We went there to see the Treesher shark and dive in Gato island. The first dive to see the shark was a little bit disappointing, cause after wake up at 4 am to try to see it the shark won't assist to our meeting, but that is wildlife. Then we went to Gato island and the two dives there were amazing! We were able to see several white tip sharks, lion fish, ballon fish, sea snake... and several other animals. The group wasn't too big at all, 6 persons and with 2 local guides that were fantastic, so friendly and wiht good experience. The next day we've tried again to see the Treeher shark, and that time we saw a couple of them. Astonishing! The price, if you compare with the other centers, isn't the cheapest, but they look really professional and the equipment was quite new and good brands, so definitely I will recommend that dive center and if any day I'll come back, I will go with them

I did 4 days diving with the Malapascua Dive Society and every dive of it was a great pleasure. The diving around Malapascua is excellent, the guides Jayky, Jera and Lanch that I can detect a pygmy seahorse within a km distance and the diving was organized very professional as well as very relaxed (except the very early hour rise for the tresher sharks) and friendly.I did a nitrox course with Lanch and got a very clear and structured explanation. Prices may be a very little bit more expensive than some others, but the quality is excellent. The diving centers in the "front path" of Malapascua were much busier and seemed to have larger groups. The only minor negative point I can think of is that not all addintional costs (parks fees and "shark tax") were mentioned oin advance, but others charge the same additional costs and they are not much anyhow. Apart from the tresher sharks (Monad shoal) Gato island is a special recommendation.
