great to take the kids to see the pelicans feed in the afternoon at this little beach front, also very safe place for kids to swim and a great park area, fish n chips on he beach...!

It wasn't too bad. Plenty of people though. Hard to find a park. Get there early to find a park. Heaps of pelicans.

It was a lovely moment to watch the pelican feeding moments and it was fun to walk on the lagoon plus the fish and chips in the Charins seafood was superb.

I actually wish you would stop feeding these Pelicans as this used to be a nice place to have a swim. Now it's full off bird poo and feathers, and Pelicans swimming pond. Could you maybe move this feeding somewhere else?

just behind Charis seafood the pelicans start gathering quite early as they know it will be feeding time at 13.30 and it is great to see them flying into the lake. before the feeding you can enjoy a swim in the lake or some fish&chips...More
