My wife was getting a pedicure and the lady next to her recommended Redington Beach. Due to this pedicure pedigree, it was off to Redington on a Friday afternoon. The parking was free (although not plentiful) and the beach wasn’t overly busy while we were...More

This beach is 5 star. The sand is very nice and the water has very little seaweed. It stretches forever. Excellent for sun worshipping, playing, walking or jogging. Lots of room for any activity.

I stayed at a hotel right on the beach and, since this was my first trip to St. Pete, I was concerned that the beach would be fenced off for each hotel. Not so. Everyone is able to walk the entire length of the beach...More

I grew up in St.Pete. There is very little access and over run with Condos and concrete. They destroyed the area as far as I am concerned. Traffic is awful during season I avoid like the plague

A favorite of locals. Nice shelling and a beautiful walk on the shore. Not as busy as Clearwater and mostly locals. Beach access for free every block.

Aside from the annoying kite flyers, the beach is clean and beautiful. The white sand, the many shells, the lovely walk along the shore from pier to pier, it's a lovely way to spend a vacation.

We love this beach! The white sand is beautiful and there’s always ample to room to just chill or toss a football (or other activity). It’s also a great place to fly a kite! A few people are usually fishing but we’ve never been preset...More

We just love getting down to Redington Shores Beach for a walk on the beach. Lots of beach access and a park on the beach at the North end. Fllat walking beach when the tide is low. Piers are a good destination from the park.
