Driven past a fair few times thinking this was some sort of copycat of the UK version...however this is not the case. A strong astrological leaning and learning is to the forefront of the Henge...and with an introduction from the friendly and informative lady at...More

We stopped here on our way back from Martinborough. Was somewhat disappointed when I saw the $15 entry as this seems quite steep. The Cobblestones museum in Greytown is a much larger attraction , also running on entry fees and donations only, and only cost...More

Don't arrive thinking its all about looking at a replica of UK's Stonehenge. This is so very different and so much more because you are presented with a fully working Astronomical clock. Not only that but also be given the information you will need to...More

We found this place just ok🤔. The $15:00 per person entry was on the steep side. We understand that this is a unique place but would be happy to pay $10:00. The bathrooms were filthy. They need to lift their game if they are charging...More

Thank you for your response. It will always be a work in progress as we have many ideas. It would be lovely to have the money to get professionals to help but we cannot do that. However, we do take your comments seriously.

Stonehenge Aotearoa is not a replica of Stonehenge at the Salisbury Plains, it was built exactly for the spot and it is definitely worth a visit. There are guided tours available which must be super interesting. We got there after the guided tours had finished...More
