Loved this area and the bridge across the gorge is spectacular. Only did a little walk this visit but can’t wait to come back & go for longer walks in this beautiful area!

Have taken many visitors to NZ here such a beautiful area. I have not yet been able to walk over the bridge but most have.

Amazing views up and down the Waiohine River. A fun experience crossing the bridge. Cautions are listed for excessively windy conditions. For those spending a day here or camping, you can go on one of several trails that involve several hours walking.
