Not far from Whangamata and definitely worth a visit. Going to the falls took about 45 mins but was upward slopes most of the way. On the way back multiple people asked how much further. The walk was very nice though and scenic the whole...More

This is an hour's walk up a slight incline in the shade, t the end is 100m waterfall that varies in force depending on recent rainfall

Easy walk to a steep scramble down to a waterfall pool. A fun 1/2 day excursion and cold swim for the adventurous.
