Glencoe Lochan is a little gem of a walk. Park in the car park and choose either the red, blue or yellow trail, we combined all three, and apart from a couple of steep craggy climbs none of it was strenuous. The walk around the...More

Some lovely walks with a quiet Loch. Walks can be easy or a little more demanding. For a longer walk you can off around the orbital walk around Glencoe. Car park is also free which is always nice.

We are no long distance walkers but nonetheless we combined the three walking tours (yellow-red-blue) into a nice walk of just 1 hour. Definitely worth a visit.

We loved Scotland. The area of Glencoe was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The mountains and snowmelt makes the area breathtaking! It’s picturesque and one could spend hours hiking and enjoying the sites!

Quick drive or uphill walk from Glencoe village. Three walks marked yellow, red and blue well marked and displayed on maps. Great views of local peaks and ridges. Our 22MO son loved the flat path (red) around the lake. Really good diversion - stillness of...More
