Beautiful residence in nice surroundings. Walk around the park, enjoy the gardens and take one of the guided tours (check calendar) through the castle. A few times a year you can enjoy candlelight tours and concerts.

For Tourists this castle probably is not one of the obvious choices, as it is hidden away in a forest, but for those who are staying in Leiden or The Hague it could be a nice day out, away from the more crowded cities. Just...More
