Unfortunately very windy. Too windy to have a decent conversation. Anyway fun for the kids and beautiful sights. We walked all the way through a pine tree forest which was relaxing and beautiful.

Sandy beaches very family friendly. Beach clubs to meet every taste. Universe is mostly disco and exclusive. Bank Lucia is more family oriented with excellent seafood restaurant and easy access into the water.

The area of the Lakes Alimini is very beautiful, from Otranto to reach it but it will take a bit 'of time in the car. It 'easy to reach; if you have children with you, elderly or disabled is easier to reach than other beaches....More
