Well worth visiting this pretty port, but mainly to visit the resaturants there, which are great if you like fresh fish at very reasonable prices for the quality.

Really pretty place for a stroll and some great photos, with attractive, historical streets behind the port. Not very big but take time for a drink and / or bite to eat at one of the restaurants/cafes at the port as the food in general...More

We walked down from Auray town centre on a sunny evening and were delighted to discover this pretty corner. It is commercialised, but not too much so, and it was a lovely spot to sit, looking across at the ruins of the chateau. We read...More

St Goustan is a lovely little harbour. I visited here with a friend and we enjoyed walking around the quaint little streets. We also had lunch at one of the restaurants in the main square and that was lovely. I would highly recommend a visit...More

If visiting this area, do not miss the port area in Auray. We visit family every year, and always visit. Photogenic (we always take the same photos!), picturesque, lovely cobbled hill, interesting quayside, restaurants and cafés do not disappoint. We love be this place.

Pretty Riverside location with a good range of places to eat. Limited parking in immediate vicinity, but extra available 5-10min walk away up a hill through the village.

We spent a most enjoyable few hours here on a day visit from Quiberon and wished we had allowed longer to explore this pretty port with it's quaint old buildings, waterside bars and restaurants. We had intended to visit the main town centre but were...More

Port De St Goustan/Auray is a lovely historic French town. There are lots of buildings dating back to the middles ages which give the place its own unique atmosphere. There are plenty of restaurants and bars situated in the pretty quayside area. Well worth a...More

St Goustan and Auray are just so French. We spent a week there and hardly saw any English or other nationalities. Brilliant, that's why we went to France. A working knowledge of French is useful, but the locals are more than willing to help out...More

We stayed three miles away at St Anne d'Auray, which is an interesting place too - just not by the water like St Goustan. The trick in visiting St Goustan is to work out how quick it is to get down from Auray town to...More
